The project, located in the Ngudzeni Constituency, KaMhawu Chiefdom, was rehabilitated through the Smallholder Market-Led Project under the Eswatini Water and Agricultural Development Enterprise. With a total investment of USD 69,444, the initiative benefited 26 households and protected 18 hectares of land. Community members actively participated in the installation of gabions, fencing, and the planting of 130 fruit trees and 180 indigenous trees. The project was implemented in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture, Land Use Planning Department, Department of Agricultural Extension Services, and the Ministry of Tourism and Environmental Affairs, Forestry Department.

To support agricultural production, a gravity-fed irrigation system was installed on 3ha. An erosion control group was established and trained to maintain the site, and it continues to cultivate legumes and vegetables for both the local market and household consumption. This initiative has enhanced food security for 16 households, benefiting a total of 96 people.
