Theme: Monitoring AFR100 Implementation to Attract More Investments for Land Restoration in Africa

Location: Blantyre, Malawi

The 6th AFR100 Annual Partnership Meeting (APM) will bring together political partners, participating African countries, and technical and financial partners to harmonize investments, share knowledge and replicate best practices in an effort to scale-up forest and landscape restoration in Africa. Building on the announcement of Phase II of AFR100 at the UN COP26 last November, this year's APM will take place in Blantyre, Malawi from June 27 to July 1, 2022. It will be in a hybrid format, combining physical and virtual/online participation. If you are interested in joining the meeting virtually, please sign up by clicking the links in the agenda below.

Untied 32 countries, the African Forest Landscape Restoration Initiative (AFR100) is a Pan-African initiative that is uniting thousands of community organizations, enterprises, and government agencies to begin restoring 100 million hectares of degraded and deforested land by 2030.
